We’ve grown up with the industry. Charlie Cox started PRS in 1957, when people were flocking to Florida, air conditioning was a new technology, and when a handshake and a business owner’s word was as good as a contract. We know HVAC inside and out, know the area, and understand the needs of tradespeople and contractors. We’re local people with local knowledge making local decisions. That makes us a bit old fashioned. We like it that way and our customers do, too.

At the same time, we know you have a job to do so we’ll get you fast answers about everything from inventory to credit. And humans manage our stock—which means we’re ready with the products you need during peak season and unexpected events such as bad weather.

Our employees have been here a long time, many of them for decades. We treat each other like family, and treat our customers the same way. We also have close long-term relationships with our suppliers, which makes it easier to get our customers what they need, when they need it and get help with any special situations or projects that might come up.
